Founder & CEO
Rahul began his career in management consulting at Deloitte and advanced through leadership roles at top-tier organizations like BlackRock, Bank of America, and high-growth startups like NYDIG and Roofstock. Over the years, he has successfully guided financial institutions and enterprises to achieve ambitious product and transformation goals.
He specializes in innovative product strategies, operational optimization, and emerging technologies, to drive growth, competitive advance, and future-ready operations. His collaborative approach transforms challenges into scalable, sustainable success.
Rahul holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University.
Michael Palma
Associate Partner
Michael Palma serves as an Associate Partner at Flatiron Associates. He began his career in commodity trading operations at JPMorgan and Société Générale before transitioning to financial services consulting.
Prior to joining Flatiron Associates, Michael worked with Accenture and KPMG LLP, where he developed extensive expertise in global markets, finance, trading, and regulatory reform. He has collaborated with leading industry clients and Fortune 500 companies, delivering end-to-end project management, technology automation, and process optimization. His experience includes spearheading initiatives in requirements
gathering, strategic business process design, and data analytics.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rider University and is based in New York City.
